Fed的陰屍路！葛洛斯：低利率不能救市 只會創造一堆喪屍

素有債券天王美譽的比爾葛洛斯 (Bill Gross) 最近向投資人表示，多年的低利率已經逐漸創造出一群殭屍企業，各國央行都須了解，貼近 0 的利率並非經濟問題的解藥。

Janus Capital 投資組合經理人葛洛斯在 8 月份投資人報告指出：「因為 BB-、B- 還有一些 CCC 等級的企業都可以用不到 5% 的利率借款，一堆殭屍和未來會屍變的企業現今遊蕩在實際經濟體中。」

即使是評等高的企業，借錢成本低也只助長了股票回購熱潮，而沒有刺激企業投資和創造就業。葛洛斯指出，目前按年率計算，股票回購達 1.02 兆美元，遠高於 2007 年的高點 8630 億美元。

因此，葛洛斯表示，這種創意性的破壞機制已經瓦解了「資本主義進步之心」，因為老化或疲病的企業靠支撐存活著，但新投資卻已窒息。

葛洛斯：「低利率不是解藥，他們是問題的一部分。」

那麼，解決這些殭屍並再讓資本主義進步之心重返經濟體的公式是什麼？葛洛斯以國際清算銀 (BIS)──央行中的央行為指南。

BIS 在最近一次年度報告中指出，持續不變的超低利率「恐引起金融系統嚴重傷害，並挫傷銀行利率利潤和到期轉換的收益，潛在弱化資產負債表和債信供給」。

除此之外，BIS 也表示，超低利率會破壞保險公司和養老基金的獲利率和償還能力，「造成金融市場內普遍的錯誤定價」。

葛洛斯希望，Fed 可以讓這病態市場戒斷這已長達一年的治療，並提出更具創意的相關貨幣政策。
